• press 1 to access the Question and Answer Option
• press 1 again to record your question
• listen to the pin number given to you and write it down
• record your question
• after finishing press the star button to confirm recording

It is perfectly guaranteed that no one could listen to your questions except for the eminent sheikhs who are always welcoming to respond to all your queries.

After 24 hours kindly make a second call to retrieve you answer:

• Dial the same service number again
• press 1 to access the Question and Answer Option
• press 2 to listen you answer
• enter your personal pin number when asked
• press the desired button (if applicable) after entering you pin number
• listen to the Sheik's answer

Please note that your recorded questions, together with their corresponding answers will be removed from the system after 3 weeks from their recording date.

For the second Option:

This part represents the first option for our fixed content and recorded material available on our system, where you can find a bouquet of selected short lectures explaining each of the five pillars of Islam.

• Dial our number
• press 2 to enter the pillars Option
• listen to the menu and decide which pillar you will listen to
• press the number of the pillar you chose according to the number given in the menu.

For the third Option:

This section is the second fixed option of our fixed audio content and it is updated every Lunar month, which means that the lessons are changed every month with new series that is often related to each Islamic Month. These lessons range from 4 to 7 minutes.
