How to use Islamic Hotline PHONE SERVICE?!

1. Dial Islamic Hotline service number in your country
2. Choose your language
3. Press 1 to access Question and Answer Option
4. Again Press 1 to record your question
5. Listen carefully to the secret code mentioned before you start recording your personal question and write it down
6. Record your question after hearing the beep
7. After you finish recording your question Press the star button to end your recording
8. Your question is now delivered to Sheikhs’ mailbox

It is perfectly guaranteed no one can listen to your question except for Eminent Al Azhar Sheikhs who are always welcoming to respond to all your queries.

After 48 hours, kindly make a second call to retrieve your answer:

1. Again Dial the same service number in your country
2. Choose your language
3. Again Press 1 to access Question and Answer Option
4. Now Press 2 to listen to Al Azhar Sheikh’s answer
5. Enter the secret code you have received in your first call then Press the star button
6. Now you will listen to Sheikh’s answer

Please note your recorded questions, together with their corresponding answers are usually removed from the system after 3 weeks from their recording date.
